• In Pakistan, the majority of Christians belong to the lower socio-economic class and face significantly low literacy rates. Among them, Christian brick kiln workers represent one of the most marginalized communities, with limited access to education due to their remote living conditions, often far from urban centers. To address this critical need, the Small Flock School System has established schools within or near brick kiln worker colonies, offering free education under the guiding slogan: "Changing Lives for Good."

• As Small Flock focuses its efforts on supporting brick kiln workers and the Christian community in rural areas, it also extends practical assistance during times of hardship. During the monsoon season and colder months, many brick kiln and other labor workers are unable to find work, resulting in a loss of income. In response, Small Flock Church provides food assistance to Christian families in need, helping to alleviate their immediate challenges during these difficult periods.

Small Flock organizes teacher training and capacity-building programs aimed at developing effective leadership. These initiatives are designed to equip educators and leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to serve and uplift the Christian community more effectively.
